Are you (or your staff) a champion…to your customers?
Have you ever wondered what makes a customer service 5_STAR champion?
Or why there seems to be no golden standard that defines 5_STAR service?
Actually there is! It is based on this research:
Rather astounding that so much research has gone virtually unheard of among service providers. So I designed the “Discover Your 5_STAR Service Skills” online course.
What makes a champion?
Let’s quickly venture in to the world of athletics for a different perspective and talk about what makes a five star — or a champion athlete. But first remember, not all ‘natural’ athletes become champions.
What do Serena Williams, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Lewis Hamilton, Hannah Cockroft, Usain bolt or Charles Caudrelier all have in common? (Other than natural ability).
A beyond normal work ethic combined with an intense desire to continually get better at their craft.
Believe it or not, customer service is the same. Why do companies like Emirates or the Ritz out perform others?
Great customer service is not something where you just take a course, learn a few things and reach 5_STAR status. It will take dedicated time and energy, which in real life means lots of practice and experimentation.
I’m very much an experiential type teacher, so this course is very much an experiential type course. By that I mean there’s a mountain of information given, but you need the determination to make it as applicable to your own situation as possible. Bottom line is it’s up to you to take this material and make it work for you to help you or your staff become 5_STAR customer service champions.
