Feedback is an essential element in learning for both the learner and the teacher/instructor/coach. But what feedback are we exactly talking about, and when? This lesson breaks down various feedback mechanisms.

Feedback from Them

How can you know what learners think or feel about your course without any form of feedback?

  • Surveys & analytics: There are a variety of free, cheap and REALLY costly survey programs out there. Even the basic ones like G-forms have a number of different input questions and all provide great numerical and visual analytics.
  • Comments from blogs etc.: If you are more into anecdotal and/or community messaging then a comments sections (like you find in most blogs) might be another route to go
