How aware are you of your deep-seated beliefs?

If all of this is about learning, are you really learning anything new if your deep-seated beliefs are filtering out the observable truth?

Wisdom is our ability to become even more aware (healthy critical) of our internal belief system and growing knowledge map.

Can you consciously review past events, without judging yourself?

This is not about reprimanding yourself or judging yourself from the past events. Forget the judgment!

Look at that what happened what you what your options were in your life at those moments, almost as a third person observer.

Sort of look at it like this is what happened, here’s how I reacted, here’s how I might do it differently now.

Are you going to take charge of your life?

The most profound aspect of this process is that it is NOT a nice calm linear process.

We are dealing with a mountain of new information at each processing point simultaneously through our day.
