I have finished a short (35,000 words) creative nonfiction ‘training novel’. The main purpose of this unique ePUB3 book is to introduce readers (story is based in the Philippines) to the basic 5_STAR Customer Service concepts (a new academic research based program) and encourage them to adopt as many as they can.

Back Cover:

Follow the lives of out four main characters as they each forge a unique path to become a champion in their everyday lives.

Maria (Mark), whose short BPO career has been one success after another might come off the rails because of a long awaited ‘medical vacation’ to Thailand.

Rose, the career driven young woman who after four successful years at a well known hotel chain is beginning to wonder why she is not yet working abroad.

Ron, the mid-30s father of two whose admiration for his wife is only surpassed by his own frustration at not being able to keep a good job.

Joel, the rather flamboyant head of training for a huge drug store chain who is given an impossible task that might ruin his career.

One industry reviewer responded: “I took the time to go over your draft, and I must say, I am very intrigued and impressed by your unique narrative approach that is a refreshing change from the usual non-fiction book styles.”

I am open to all concrete offers/suggestions.
